EARLY DAYS
ESTABLISHED 1979
Dato Ir. Mokkam Singh ventured into private practice by forming a company called B. Mokkam Singh Consulting Engineers, in 1979.
He occupied the first floor shop lot along the busy Jalan Ibrahim in Johor Bahru. Business expansion followed due to the determination and industrious nature of this man. This entity would be later become a part of One Alpha M&E Consultants Sdn Bhd in the years to follow.
In 1992, his youngest son Ir. Nash Bhullar joined him, upon graduation from the UK as Electrical Engineer, with a First Class (Hons) Degree. They continued to expand, serving customers from Johor Bahru up to Kuala Lumpur.

Ir. Andy Goh came on board as a partner representing the Mechanical Components of the business.
Both these Professional engineers are industrious, and believe in Integrity above everything else.
Currently, we have projects exceeding one billion Ringgit in Gross Development Value (GDV). In Johor, we are involved in the RAPID Petronas Development in Penggarang (GDV of RM500 million), as well as the Gelang Patah Iskandar City Square Mixed Development (GDV of RM850 million). In Melaka, we are the appointed M&E Consultants for the Government’s Affordable Housing Scheme called PRIMA with a GDV of RM100 million.
